We're looking for experienced Quality Assessors to join our enthusiastic and customer focussed Quality Team based in Peterborough. Join us as we embark on our journey to revolutionise the Customer Experience by introducing leading technology, developing our quality programme and using our people to design and deliver customer and people based initiatives.
• Experience of assessing calls and customer based processes in a finacial services environment
• A passion for delivering feedback in order to achieve the best experience possible for customers
• Experience of identifying and highlighting process issues to drive customer focus and continuous improvement
• Comprehension of the importance of ensuring that all Agents operate in a compliant manner and with absolute integrity in accordance with FCA regulations
• The ability to be a team player who leads by example
• Flexibility in occasional travel to other business sites
