Janet talks about the iGO4 People Strategy and Workstreams
iGO4 regularly conduct employee surveys to measure and understand how engaged our people are. Being engaged is a reflection of the passion you have for your job, commitment to the company and the level of discretionary effort you are prepared to put in. iGO4 designed a People Strategy in 2016 with the objective of improving employee engagement and established a number of different workstreams resourced by volunteers from within different business areas. These teams have delivered initiatives in key areas such as; Health and Well Being, Recognition and Learning and Development. We will continue to identify new opportunities via our employee forum and future surveys as we aim to become an employer of choice.
