Contact Centre Team Manager

I started my role as a Contact Centre Agent back in 2015 having previously worked as a manager in the pub and restaurant trade. I wanted to start a new career due to having a young family and during my interview talked about my desire to progress within iGO4. After my first year with the company I was given numerous development opportunities such as floor walking, assisting in team manager duties and coaching other team members.

I have now been in my managerial position for 10 months and really enjoying the coaching element of my role and it gives me great satisfaction day in and day out to witness my team striving to do their best.
