Who are we looking for? 

We are looking to recruit someone who is passionate about technology to join our team as the Infrastructure Team Manager. Delivering services of the highest-quality, effective, efficient & innovative, the main purpose of the infrastructure role is to provide advice, assistance, and support to our colleagues across the business.

Main responsibilities (list not extensive)

• To ensure allocated issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner within SLAs.

• To support service delivery across the IT function.

• Provide desktop support to all end users.

• Assist in the delivery of a secure reliable infrastructure.

• Line management of the team.

Operations: 

• Rollout workstations and upgrades to support continued business growth.

• Manage deployment of new equipment / replacement equipment.

• Provide technical support to all business areas for application, infrastructure telephony and business services queries.
