What is your role at iGO4?
I am a contact centre team manger where I manage the admin and social media team along with a contact centre team.
How long have you worked at iGO4 and what did you do before you worked here?
I joined IGO4 in 2015, before that I worked in Morrisons as a team leader.
What are you most proud of accomplishing while working here?
Whilst working with IGO4 I am proud of the progression I have accomplished throughout the company. I started off as a contact agent and then worked my way up to work within the admin team and from there with the experience I gained along the way I worked myself up to become a contact centre team manger which I am proud of as with the support and experience gained from people around me helped me get here.
What does a typical day look like?
My day normally starts around 7am where I spend time with my son in the morning and then head to have a shower before I start work which is typically between 8-10am. Once ive started work I check in with my team to make sure they are all okay. I spend most of my time assisting my team with any help they may need along with helping them progress to where they need to be. Once work is done, I head to the gym for a workout and then back home to spend the evening with my wife and son and then the rest of the evening is spent relaxing watching a movie or a tv show before ending the day.

Tell us about your photo and why you chose it?
This photo was taken in Bali where I went for my honeymoon in 2019. This was an experience as ive never been to that part of the world before so was very adventures. Along with this was the first time I experienced doing a zip line through a jungle which was a scary but fun experience which I will never forget!
